Position : Holiday Consultant



Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to ensure an exceptional travel experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements, & accordingly provide them best packages.
Recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Create customized travel itineraries and packages tailored to individual client requirements.
Provide accurate information on travel options, including pricing, availability, and booking procedures.
Handle booking reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated to clients.
Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, changes, and cancellations, providing prompt and courteous customer service at all times.
Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.


Requirements

Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable holiday experiences.
1-2 years of experience with well track record would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services.
Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Travel industry certifications or qualifications (e.g., IATA certification) are a plus.

Position : Sr. Sales Executive – Corporate Sales



Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to expand the company’s client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
Understand clients’ business objectives and tailor travel solutions to meet their needs.
Present and promote our range of corporate travel services to clients through various channels, including meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.


Requirements

3—4 years of experience in the travel industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Travel agency’s operational knowledge would be an advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
